Deployment Options

One platform.
Three deployments.

xAQUA runs where you need it to. Multi-tenant cloud, private VPC, air-gapped, or GovCloud — same six AI agents, same semantic layer, same Cezu. Your environment, your control, your compliance posture.

⚙️ Same platform in every deployment — pick your environment, not your feature set
Deployment 01
xAQUA Essentials
Multi-tenant cloud · self-serve

The fastest way to put xAQUA in front of your team. We host it; you connect your sources, model your semantic layer, and start asking Cezu questions — usually within an hour of signup.

  • SMBs & growth-stage companies
  • Teams without a dedicated data platform
  • Departments validating xAQUA before broader rollout
  • Multi-tenant cloud, US or EU region
  • Standard SSO & MFA
  • Self-serve onboarding & community support
  • Cloud-hosted source connections
Most Common
Deployment 02
xAQUA Enterprise
Private VPC or air-gapped · customer-controlled

Production xAQUA inside your environment. Private VPC or fully air-gapped, your identity and key management, your network policies. Built for mid-market and large enterprise data, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Regulated enterprises with strict network & identity control
  • Organizations with their own VPC, network controls, KMS
  • Teams scaling beyond a single department
  • Private VPC on AWS, Azure, or GCP · air-gapped on request
  • Customer-controlled identity (SAML, OIDC, SCIM)
  • Customer-controlled KMS & encryption keys
  • 24/7 enterprise support & named technical contact
  • Onboarding via xAQUA Expert Services
Deployment 03
xAQUA for Government
GovCloud · FedRAMP aligned

xAQUA deployed against federal, state, and local public-sector standards. GovCloud hosting, FedRAMP-aligned controls, cleared personnel available, and contracting vehicles in place for direct agency procurement.

  • Federal civilian, defense, intelligence community
  • State, local & tribal agencies with compliance mandates
  • Public pension funds & regulated authorities
  • AWS GovCloud · Azure Government · on request
  • FedRAMP-aligned controls & documentation
  • NIST SP800-53 & FISMA-mapped configurations
  • CAC/PIV identity integration available
  • Cleared personnel for sensitive engagements
  • California SLP & GSA-eligible contracting paths
In Every Deployment

Same platform.
Pick your environment, not your feature set.

Every deployment of xAQUA ships with the full platform. No stripped-down editions, no feature paywalls between tiers — the difference is where it runs and who controls the environment, not what it can do.

Your Data Stays Put
xAQUA is virtual and zero-ETL. We store recipe and metadata, never your source data. Your data never leaves its system of record — in any deployment.
The Six AI Agents
Steward, Governance, Analyst, Engineer, Scientist, BI Specialist — included in every deployment.
Shared Semantic Layer
SemantIQ at the foundation. The same governed semantic model that drives every agent and query.
Ask Cezu, Everywhere
The universal AI concierge — plain-English queries across all your data, in every deployment.
Governance Foundation
Qualix, SenseMask, Entity 360, lineage, and policy-as-code — never an upsell, always the foundation.

How to Pick

Which deployment fits?

Three short tests. Most buyers know within 30 seconds of reading these.

If you're…
an SMB or department validating xAQUA before a wider rollout
You need fast time-to-value, light onboarding, and no procurement cycle. You're fine with multi-tenant cloud.
→ Start with Essentials
If you're…
a regulated enterprise with strict identity, key, and network control
You need private VPC or air-gapped deployment, customer-managed keys, named support, and a clear contracting path.
→ Choose Enterprise
If you're…
a federal, state, or local agency with compliance mandates
You need GovCloud, FedRAMP-aligned controls, NIST/FISMA mapping, and contracting vehicles that work for agency procurement.
→ Go with Government
Common Questions

Deployment FAQ.

Does the platform have fewer features in Essentials?
No. Every deployment ships with the full xAQUA platform — all six AI agents, the shared semantic layer, Cezu, DocIQ, Composer, the governance suite. What differs across deployments is the environment (multi-tenant cloud vs. private VPC vs. GovCloud), the controls available to you (network, identity, keys), and the support model. Never the feature set.
Can I start with Essentials and move to Enterprise later?
Yes. Most customers do exactly this. A team validates a use case on Essentials, demonstrates value, and then graduates to Enterprise for production with private VPC, customer-managed keys, and named support. Your semantic models, data products, and Cezu configurations carry over.
What does "FedRAMP aligned" actually mean?
It means xAQUA's Government deployment is built against FedRAMP Moderate controls — hosted in AWS GovCloud or Azure Government, with the documentation, configurations, and operational practices required for federal use. We can support agency ATO processes and work within existing FedRAMP-authorized boundaries. For specifics on your agency's path, request a briefing.
Can Enterprise run air-gapped?
Yes. Both Enterprise and Government deployments support fully air-gapped operation — no outbound connectivity, all model inference and platform services running inside your network boundary. Most often used by defense, intelligence, and highly regulated financial customers.
What contracting paths exist for public sector buyers?
We support California SLP for state and local agencies, with GSA and federal contracting paths in progress. We also work through certified channel partners that hold their own vehicles. The Government deployment is procurement-ready — request a briefing and we'll route you to the right contracting path for your agency.
How is onboarding handled for each deployment?
Essentials is self-serve — you sign up, connect your first source, and Cezu is live within an hour. Enterprise and Government are onboarded by xAQUA Expert Services or a certified partner, with fixed-scope tracks designed to deliver a working use case within weeks of kickoff. Every engagement ends with your team owning the system, not us.
What support comes with each deployment?
Essentials includes community support and standard email response. Enterprise includes 24/7 production support with a named technical account manager. Government adds cleared personnel for sensitive engagements where required. All tiers benefit from our same engineering organization — the same people who built the platform are the ones supporting it.
