Required

- Proven delivery capability — case studies, references, real engagements
- Operating in regions we currently support (NA, EU, India, APAC)
- Insurance, contractual maturity, and a real legal entity
- Commitment to platform certification
Strongly Preferred
- Prior experience selling or delivering data, BI, or AI products
- Vertical depth in pensions, healthcare, financial services, or government
- Existing customer success or managed services capability
- Open-source or community contributions in the data / AI space
- Multi-region delivery presence
